THE newest addition to the growing SM City Clark complex is the future multimodal transportation terminal that will provide fast and convenient travel from Metro Manila to North Luzon and vice versa.

The large intermodal terminal sits on 41,000 square meters of land next to the Malolos-Clark railway project, which will soon be operational.

“This new structure will respond to upcoming demands generated by the government’s ‘Build, Build, Build’ project in the region, such as the Clark PNR (Philippine National Railway), the expansion of Clark International Airport and the New Clark City, among others, ”said SM Supermalls senior vice president Mateo said in his speech at the groundbreaking ceremonies.

Mateo said the large terminal project will provide 1,000 job opportunities during construction and is expected to increase as the facility will also include the construction of office towers and other services required for the terminal.
