The airport is owned by MAG, the UK’s largest airport operator. It owns and operates Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports, as well as MAG USA, a major Chicago-based airport services company.

The Hospitality Hose is based at London Stansted Airport. Permanent and temporary contracts of 20 to 30 hours per week are available. He pays £11.96 per hour which includes shift pay (£10.18 per hour + 17.5% shift pay)

Key responsibilities include providing hospitality service to lounge users, courteous and efficient treatment to ensure a world-class level of customer service, ensuring lounge facilities are maintained to a high standard and presented in a manner consistent with the Operating Standards, performing the required daily, weekly and monthly standards check

In addition to this, you will help clean and organize the salon, ensuring a high level of hygiene in the preparation, service and guest areas, and you will work flexibly on a rotational basis. Shifts are usually confirmed at least two weeks in advance.

You must be prepared to work flexibly as salon hours are 3:30am to 9:30pm, and you will also need to be a team player with an absolute first class approach to customer service.
