ENBR Workshop on Regulatory Process, New University of Lisbon, Lisbon, July 5, 2007

On July 5, the European Network for Better Regulation (ENBR) will hold a Workshop on Regulatory Process in Lisbon. The Workshop will be hosted by the Faculty of Law of the New University of Lisbon and will feature presentations of research papers from ENBR member institutions. Contributions will focus on the state-of-the-art in the choice of regulatory options adopted at international level for the regulation of specific issues or economic sectors. In particular, researchers will investigate which types of regulation (re-regulation, de-regulation, co-regulation, self-regulation, etc.) are selected by national governments, with an eye on the context in which regulatory efforts take place. The research papers will be made available on this website after the summer. The workshop is open to the public and participation is free of charge.
